My pc just freezes randomly

I go to Google or playing games and then my pc freezes I can't type I can't use my mouse and all computer is freezed then I press power button to restart my pc help me please

Processor i3
Motherboard intel
Graphics card gtx 970
Ram 12
Ps I bought this weak a tp link wireless wifi maybe this gonna help something

Use a software that monitors the temperature of CPU and GPU. Check if all fans on CPU and GPU are running.
Defective RAM can cause this, so after checking temps, try with only one RAM-Module at a time.
A still working, but slowly degrading PSU can also be the case, but that is hard do diagnose.
