What do you think of this PSU

Looking to get a budget PSU for a budget system and I came across this one the COOLER MASTER MWE 450W 80+ (not bronze , just white)

The system I'm gonna put this in has :
i5 4460
GTX1050 2gb
1tb HDD
8gb Ram

So is the cooler master MWE 450W 80+ white decent quality or will I risk my components by buying it .

It's okay. It's not a top or bottom end unit. It's an okay unit for a basic system like you're going to use. It could even handle a 1060. My issue is the 450W limit. That does limit your GFX card upgrade options. I'd opt for a Corsair CX550W. I understand money is an issue but I'd buy a higher power PSU now instead of buying this one and then possibly having to upgrade later on down the road. If you don't think you'll ever have a more powerful gfx card then keep that.
