I am looking to upgrade to the new ryzen 2200G from a g4560 and a Rx460. I play games like gta, csgo, rocket league. I’m looking to spend 300aud and looking to switch to AMD as i was always a fan of them before ryzen. Would getting a new Motherboard and CPU be a good idea as upgrading gpu is kinda out of the question. I could always sell the Intel stuff and which motherboard supports the new ryzen CPU as pcpartpicker says any b/z/350/370 Motherboards may need a bios update and might not work for me. Thanks!

Cheapest way would be to upgrade processor to some good i5 if you are not looking to upgrade GPU too. R3 2200g and 2400g incorporate a GPU that's much weaker than Rx 460 so you'd have to use it anyway.

I wanted to use the Intel CPU and motherboard in another computer so it kinda gives me a chance to upgrade my CPU because games like gta 5 need a beafy CPU. I kinda just wanted to know which motherboard will support a ryzen 2200G without a bios update.
