Those two are very similar in performance really. I would recommend the h60 by corsair simply because of their reputation of reliable water coolers.

Honesty you will get no better cooling performance than with a proper air cooler heatsink. A 240mm radiator would be a real upgrade. Does the Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240 or Thermaltake Water 3.0 or Enermax Liqmax II 240 fit into your case / budget?
