Will an i5 7400 bottleneck a GTX 1070 Ti for 60fps gaming?

Hi,
I'm wondering if I'll encounter issues such as stutter or any at all for that matter by pairing a GTX 1070 Ti with an i5 7400 strictly for max settings at 60fps in 1080p. I know it's rather silly to limit this amazing card to 1080p60 but that's my cup of tea and I'd like to rest easy with my GPU for a while but I will most likely upgrade to a Coffee Lake 8700 when cheaper motherboards come out.

I tend to play online FPS games such as Battlefield, PUBG, Squad, along with usual good single player games too such as Witcher 3 and so on...
I'm aware these are CPU intensive games but unfortunately I just can't afford the i7 at the moment without compromising other parts of my build which I would really not want to do unless literally 0 choice. Hence why I'm calling out for advise from the great community of experts here.

Thank you for reading this.

Solution
It will play fine capped to 60 fps with vsync on. You probably don't want any screen tearing anyway. At 1080p it will bottleneck a bit but it should play smoothly.

And I wouldn't feel stuttering or anything right? With 16gb DDR4 2400MHz

Thank you everyone who posted a reply!
Turns out my smart ass had accidentally selected a Windows 10 License Key that was like €100... (I'll just use the free one until I get money to activate it)
So after removing that, I was able to happily afford getting the i7 7700.
Perfect since I never overclock CPU's anyways haha I'm a happy man right now!

For those curious, here's what I got :)
- Black Phanteks P400S Tempered Glass Case
- Gigabyte B250 Motherboard
- i7 7700 with Freezer i11 CPU Cooler
- GTX 1070 Ti
- 16GB of 2400MHz Crucial DDR4 RAM
- EVGA 600W 80+ PSU
- 500GB Samsung 860 EVO SSD
