Help with my Acer extensa 5235 laptop

Hi all... please can anyone help... I got an Acer laptop some years ago when the schools was providing them for the kids... I can't reset the password to get into the computer... it comes up saying... the group policy client service failed the logon. Access is denied. Can anyone help... thanks in advance
 
Solution
It'll need to be reconnected to the school domain to log in, which in this case could be impossible as the laptop could have been removed from the domain. Reinstall Windows.
