Hi guys i have maybe software problem. My problem is when i play in fullscreen windowed mode i have a lot of stutters and fps drops . I use latest nvidia driver 390. .. .. . also i set power option to high performance in nvidia control panel. I forget to write, i have this issue maybe for 2 or 3 weeks, befero i never have this issue!
My RIG:
i7 6700 non k
2x4GB ram
MSI B250m Mortar
evga 500b
Please tell how i can decide this problem! :(

I turn off my PC every time after using, that isn't the problem.
