well if is a desktop , then its using a motherboard that runs i5-450M (is a mobile aka laptop cpu) hate to be the bearer of bad news.

look at your case does it have a brand name like HP, DELL, IBM. ACER ?

It looks like you have this https://www.limifield.pt/loja/motherboard-esonic-hm55mal-cpu-intel-i5-430m-cooler/ if so you could add a cheap used graphics card from ebay to boost gaming performance (it has a PCIE x16 slot) but a new build is the only thing to play new games at a decent frame rate.
