Your build is okay although you might want to spend more money on your GPU at the sacrifice of your CPU. 460 is more than enough for this build, I actually worry that you are buying a low grade PSU in favor (favour?) of more watts. Don't cheap out on your PSU, not a good idea. Also indicate if you need the following: 1) OS, 2) Monitor, 3) keyboard/mouse, 4) wifi card.
You will not need a BIOS update for Sky Lake CPU's (6th GEN), just Kaby Lake CPU's (7th GEN)
