Hey there... can't block inheritance of computer GPO's linked at the top domain. Even created a new OU, blocked inheritance, then put a computer in it, ran a gpupdate /force, and it still got the top level domain computer GPO's applied.

That is as designed.
Everything flows down from the top.
Children devices are not supposed to be able to block rules from above.
