Computer only booting to asus bios menu

I recently upgraded my computer and threw my OS onto an M.2 SSD. Since then everytime I restart my computer it gives me a CPU fan error (Probably becuase I now have a custom water cooling loop) and then a message saying 'Press F1 to run setup'

After I press F1 it takes me to the bios settings where I can clearly see my SSD, I am able to click on it and it will start windows from there, however it is painful to continuously do this when I uprgaded where my OS is stored so it would be a quicker boot.

I've checked boot priorities and the SSD is set to the first boot option but is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing to tell my computer to go straight to windows?

I could use some help on this. Please and Thank you.

I'll throw in computer specs just in case they play a part:

CPU: i7 8700K
GPU: MSI GTX 1080
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Z370-F
Storage: 1 M.2 SSD (500GB) and 1 Hard drive (5TB but currently not connected to motherboard)
PSU: Corsair RM750i
RAM: T-Force RGB (16GB)

Not sure if the hardware has anything to do with it but I thought I'd put it in here just in case it does play a part in this.

Also I'm more of a hardware person then a software so if you could baby me through the steps that'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again!

I just did a new computer build using a fairly similar MB (ASUS Z-370) as yourself and encountered the same issue. The only difference is that I have a CPU fan instead of water cooling. My computer however went through the same scenario booting to the "press F1 screen" to run setup along with the same fan error message. The boot priorities were correct and I could then get into windows clicking on the SSD. My fix was to check and then change the connection for my CPU fan. There are four fan connections and the fan will work in any of them however to avoid the fan message error/bios boot, I needed to change my fan wire to only the connection directly above the fan on the edge of the motherboard. This fixed my problem and Windows...

10 now boots up directly. I would suggest looking in your motherboard layout in the manual as your AIO fan pump connection location is different from the case fans even though the connector itself is the same. I hope this will fix your problem.
