PC won’t boot up after changing cards

I changed my video card from a 770 to a 970. I switched the PSU off while switching cards and flipped the switch back on after I was done.

I’m not getting any response from the PC, not even the fans. Can you guys help?

Most likely cause in that scenario is the PSU not being powerful enough for the new GPU.

Upgrade the PSU (and make sure it's good quality brand, no cheap stuff).

I can't advise you on exact make & model you should buy as I'm not an expert on what's available or appropriate. You need to ask that in a new thread.
