What motherboards are compatible for an FX-8350 FX-series 8-core AMD processor?

I'm looking to buy an AMD FX-8350 8-core processor, but i don't know if the mother board i have right now is compatible with it. The motherboard i have right now is the A68HM-E33 V2. I've found a few motherboards that might work, but i haven't found a definitive answer as to whether or not they will. the motherboard i was thinking of actually getting is the ASUS 56A97, but i still am not certain whether not it will work. another one i thought might work is the GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P, but again, i'm still not 100% certain that it's compatible. if anyone could tell me if these motherboards are compatible for the AMD 8-core FX-8350 or not, than that would be awesome. if they aren't, could anyone tell me ones that are compatible?

If your intent on Overclocking (most do eventually) the FX-8350 then you need decent cooling, a decent MB and PSU.

Neither of the MBs you mention (Never heard of ASUS 56A97) and A68HM-E33 V2 is out of the question being socket FM2+. Although there is official support using a GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P I don't recommend it for Overclocking.
The best MBs for FX- 8350 are ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z or its Sabertooth counterpart. You would pay more however for good reason.

How much are you looking to spend and what do you already have by way of RAM.

It'd be a bad idea to go down the FX route if it involves spending more than about $100

This is a really good answer, and was exactly what i was looking for. i'll have to do some more research as to whether or not i'll need to overclock my processor anytime soon, but either way, i'll most likely end up getting the GA-970A-DS3P. thanks a lot for your help, it was much appreciated.
