Are the PSU modular connectors standarized or not?

Hello, I have two modular PSU.
One Seasonic and one Thermaltake.

I used the PCI-E cable of the Thermaltake to the Seasonic and connected to the VGA, and the VGA failed and it's now broken.

The cables look identical. But it looks like that the pins in the PSU side are in a different order....

Are they standarized or not? Can I make a complain to Seasonic?

Bummer you had to find out the hard way, sadly there are no standards for modular PSU so that's why the pinouts are different between manufacturers - we will all take a moment of silence for your GPU...

No they're not. Seasonic wasn't in the wrong. You've learned an expensive lesson.
