Anyone know of a Mini-ITX Mid-tower compatible case with 4-pin fans included?

I'm looking to swap out my small case to a mini-itx mid-tower for better airflow. The problem being there are only 2 4 pin headers on my motherboard. So, I have to get a fan hub for 4 pin fans, no problem. But I'm trying to do this on a budget and most cases come with 3-pin fans. I can't use 3-pin fans with a hub, because I don't want them running at full rpm. So they're useless to me. I'm willing to pay just under $100 if that means I don't need to buy any extra fans but maybe one. I've been looking off and on for days! So if you have any suggestions that would be much appreciated thank you! If you have any alternative routes let me know as well :)

Update: I'm willing to use 3-pin fans if there is an easy way to manage the speeds so it's not always constant.

Let me try and help you stay within your budget. 3pin fans run fine connected to a 4 pin connector. The advantage of the 4th pin is more accurate speed control, you usually need it only on CPU cooler fans. And guess what, 3 pin fans can be controlled a well, just read here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3287302/control-pin-fans.html
Those 3-pin fans WILL be controlled by your existing mobo SYS_FAN headers with no problem.

The Riotoro CR280 comes with 2 fans as far as I know, 1 in the front, one in the back, and it is budget enough, that you can swap them for anything you prefer. Same goes for the Thermaltake Core V21.

I see the linked reply was one I wrote. Here's something important. In that reply I looked up the specific mobo the OP we using and could advise based on what THAT mobo does. You have not posted here your mobo. Hence we cannot tell whether your mobo's SYS_FAN headers can control 3-pin fans properly.

Post back here with the maker and specific model number of your mobo. With that we can look up its manual and advise.
