Have 2 hdd mirrored

Hello to everyone..
After an unsuccessful update, pc crashed... I had mirrored my 2 extra hdds in order to have my storage safe... I have the hdds unplugged and made the format.. Now the question... How to make the hdds mirror again without formating them ?? The mirror was made through disk management... Is there any way to do that again ?? Right click on them doesn't show me mirror option...
Also through disk management, except from the blue line above, also they have a green square around them.. Is this something ??

If you're just wondering how to set up a software RAID inside of Windows with your drives, this is done via Storage Spaces. Here is a Microsoft Support page on using Storage Spaces.

However, if what you're looking for is how to check if any of the RAID data previously stored is recoverable, there is a third-party program which can sometimes do this called UFS Explorer Raid Recovery, but keep in mind that YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).
