Got a 4Gb Ram card but is not enough (as usual) but there is a slot free to slap another one, but i am told you need to be precise with what you slap on the ram socket, so may as well slap another identical one since the first one works so great.

Question is, using CPU-z program, what information do i need to look up to know exactly the kind of card i have and what to look for in market.

Do i come to the vendor and say "i am interested in a..":
A DDR3 5Gb RAM card from Kingstone
of DRAM 800Mhz?
with max bandwith PC3-12800 (800 Mhz)?

Is that it?

Solution

Actually dual channel does not depend on the ram module itself. But it is to be noted that if you put ram modules with different refresh frequencies into the slots, they will run at the speed of the slowest.

Best is the same model from the same manufacturer. Otherwise
DDR3 or DDR3
Frequency PC3-12800 (800 Mhz) or 3000 (PC4 24000hz)
And latency CL11 or C15
Size: does it go into a PC or a laptop usually labelled DIMM 240 or dimm 200

Direct answer to your questions would be: CPU-Z>SPD tab>Part Number value gives you (usually) the most comprehensive data about the sticks you have installed. If you type that Part Number in Google search, you should get links to shops which sell this part. But as Calvin7 already mentioned, even buying exactly same stick(s) is no guaranty they will work with your current ones together.

With these then?
Motherboard = GIGABYTE (GA H81M-H)
CPU = Intel Core i3 4170

Then find which cards to slap in, and THEN find out which one of all of those can actually work with one another.

You sure you dont want me to look at the supported cards and just go straight for whatever fits the PC3-12800 (800 Mhz) DDR3 criteria? https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H81M-H-rev-21#support-doc
