High cpu temp

When playing division and guild wars 2 my cpu temp goes to 86c-96c on nzxt cam app and 70c-80c on speedfan. Not sure which one to believe, the cpu fan is not blowing out hot air during these times. Gonna need some advice

get hwmonitor, it gives the most accurate results. Coffee lake cpus are known for being quite hot. I would try to see if the cooler is seated properly and reapply thermal paste. If its 70-80 its not big deal

Thanks a lot!! I redid the paste and changed the paste to arctic silver 5 and tighten the noctua nh-l9i and temps went back down to normal levels and very tolerable during games.
