Overclocking RAM & CPU on Asus B350-F

Hi all,

So I've just finished my new PC build with the ASUS ROG B350-F, a Ryzen 5 1600X and 2 sticks of 8GB G-Skill TridentZ RGB 3200Mhz. After running the system for a bit and installing a slew of drivers, I went back to my BIOS and wanted to adjust the settings for my RAM speeds - as I had read it significantly impacted Ryzen's performance, however the system wouldn't even post at the indicated 3200Mhz.

Do I need to update my BIOS? It's currently on version 3401, which appears pretty old to me.

Anyway, could somebody give me an indication as to what to set both my RAM and CPU speed and voltage to? Preferably a stable>speed approach, as in I don't need it to be maxed out.

Thanks for any input!
