Hello there,

A few weeks ago I built my new PC with the following specifications:-
CPU- ryzen 1500x
mobo- asus prime b350m-a
psu-corsair vs450
RAM- Adata xpg 8 gig
GPU- Zotac1050 ti mini
hdd- Wd blue
ssd- adata 120 gigs premiere 5800

It booted all fine and was working great till now (although I experienced a few 4-5 sec freezes ) but I assumed that it was due to Ocing the RAM to 2800mhz.
One fine day I decided to play GTA 5 and fired up the game ,halfway through the loading screen there appeared a blue sceen with message "your PC ran into a problem (memory management issue).............I forgot to tell that gta 5 crashed the last time I was playing.
the pc automatically restarted and wont' boot the fans led turned on off a few times and pc won't simply boot .

I reseated GPU,ssd, hdd ,RAM also after a few on-off attempts the pc booted to windows recovery screen and sometimes to bios and sometimes to bios recovery but will freeze just after a few seconds.......
Thank you all for reading ,any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to Tom's!
Assuming that your SSD is your boot drive, sounds like your SSD is starting to fail.

But sir, shouldn't the bios just work fine even without the ssd?

This is still pointing to some kind of memory incompatibility issue. Is your ram listed in the QVL for your motherboard, or is your motherboard listed as compatible with your ram on the ram manufacturer's website?

Took the RAM out for some time and then slotted it back in a different slot......and luckily the bios doesn't freeze
Although the windows still boots to a blue screen
Will reinstall Windows tomorrow and report you back...
