$800 Budget for PC Gaming

You could put a decent system together for that price, without a gaming video card... unless you're fine with settling for a low end card (RX 460/560, GTX 1050). Right now is not a good time to be in the market for a video card unless you're ready to spend most of that $800(if not all) just on the video card.

You might want to check newegg.com. They have recently been putting up some decent combo deals with gpu's and mb's, or gpu's and a cpu. If you really need to build a system right now I would give them a serious look since gpu's by themselves are still way over priced

I tried doing a pcpartpicker build but I couldn't put anything together with a $800 budget that has anything better then a 1050Ti video card.

That card is decent as long as you stick with 1080p and are ok with playing new AAA games at medium(possibly low, depending on game) quality settings.
