It's a help forum.... basically, if you're not asking for piracy, password cracking, or the like, you'll get assistance before long. What's important is that you write comprehensible questions - if a person doesn't take the time to write a proper question, why would anyone be expected to take the time to try and decipher it?

As for your answer, provided you have a relatively modern system:

1. GTA SA: No problem. It's not very demanding anymore, since it's a title released...

As for your answer, provided you have a relatively modern system:

1. GTA SA: No problem. It's not very demanding anymore, since it's a title released literally 15 years ago.
2. CS:Go apparently plays well enough on just the base Intel graphics for a modern processor, so .... probably?
3. COD 4 - Another older title, it'd probably play well enough off of just processor graphics, but you could probably stand to use a graphics card.
 
Solution

Well, technically, the PC version was released in June of 2005, which would literally be only 12 years and 8 months ago. And even the initial launch on the PS2 was less than 8 months before that. : P
