Hi, i was upgrading my PC, bought a new Mobo and cpu, but i can't get it too start it doesn't even boot, is there a possibility for the cpu to come defective? I don't know what else to try, i'm losing my mind lol
The pins on the mobo looks ok, and cpu too idk any ideas?

You have the cpu fan plugged into CPU_FAN on the motherboard(and you applied thermal paste properly)? You have the power button headers plugged in correctly? The Power switch set to ON? The proper power connector plugged into the motherboard?

I'm having the same problem with the computer I'm currently building. The glowy logo in the middle lights up, but nothing else. Fan is plugged in properly, I have tried a single stick of ram in every slot. Switched out power supplies, the power is good. All parts are compatible according to part checker. This is the build.
