I've recently made some hardware changes (motherboard) but now even if I put the old one back it won't post at all. All components were functional prior to the swap. This is all one pc the mobo I switched to was the asus one I can look up the model number.
Fx 6300 and 8350 tested
Msi am3 and asus am3 mobo and an lga 1150 mobo
6 sticks of ddr3 ram (4x 4gb and 2x 8gb)
2x 7870, gtx 960, gtx 650, and my rx 460
Antec 650 watt, evga 750 gold and 400 watt power supplys
Tried all these working components one by one and all the pc does is rev up (all fans full speed, all lights on) but no input (I have to unplug to turn it off, and no display output at all. Any questions ask me ill answer to the best of my ability

Dude are you serious?
Don't say that you tested FX CPU into 1150???
Well if you tested amd in amd then seems either the CPU is dead or motherboard.
First i would remove battery cause it can do some issue, second always one stick of ram closest to the CPU socket, and normally if the motherboard has onboard, use onboard, if not use dedicated.
If it doesn't boot, try swapping ram, adding/removing gpu/trying onboard/another gpu. That's usually trial and error.

The processors were different it was. Processors, ram, power supply, then mobo. The lga 1150 was the only other mobo and cup combo I had. So the first pc turned out to be damaged power cables. And I think the second problem was a bad ram stick
