Why am I unable to see my Corsair H100I V2 hydro cooler in Corsair Link software, and also in bios settings.

In bios settings the A/o pump is showing up as N/A.

I have a z270 strix gaming motherboard, this issue started after overclocking my processor , and calibrating q fan controll in ai suite 2, i have tried disabling q fan controll from bios but that gave me no results, i have also tried uninstalling ai suit 2 and corsair link but still nothing happened, the fans are running but i am unable to controll them, is there any way by which i can do that ?

Solution
First, you need to set the CPU fan that the H100i V2 is connected to to 100%/Full Power. This is how the cooler gets power and it needs the full 12V. Since you are running AiSuite, you'll need to do this in AiSuite as well or it'll overwrite the BIOS settings. An option is to disable Q-Fan control for the CPU_FAN header (assuming that the cooler is plugged in there).

Running the cooler without proper power to the cooler is a recipe for issues and can cause premature pump failure.

It's likely that calibrating Q-Fan control completely messed this up.
