I have a case fan deepcool pwm fan gs120 storm and it comes with 7 volts 4 pin molex adapter, and the other one is 3 pin deepcool x fan 12 volts with 4 pin molex connector my question is can I put 7 volts fan and 12 volts fan in one 4 pin molex connector from psu? my psu is seasonic s12ii 520 watts I don't wanna put my pwm fan in my mobo system fan header

I think you're missing some info here.

1) Pretty much all PC fans operate at their highest speed at 12 volts. To achieve 7 volts, you'd hook up to the 12V and the 5V, both positive. That will give you a net voltage of 7V bc 12-5=7. A 12V fan will usually run just fine on 7V, but it'll be slower than if it was on 12V.

2) PWM fans don't usually care if they're plugged into a header that isn't PWM. The exception to this is magnetic levitation fans, but the fans you mentioned have normal bearings so they won't care. You can run them off the mobo without worry, even if the mobo fan header is not PWM.

3) PWM is one way of controlling the fan. If no PWM signal is present, the PWM circuit will simply do nothing. This means that the fan motor will simply run on the supplied voltage. If 12V is supplied, it will run at full speed. If 7V is supplied, it will run slower and quieter.

I'm asking if I could put a 7 volts fan with 12 volts fan in one molex adapter from the psu because that is the only thing I could use my other fan to use that 7 adapter and plug it in the molex with other 12 volt fan

You want to put both fans on 7V? I don't see why that wouldn't work. Should be fine.
