Maximus ix formula wont boot

I recently finished my build using maximus ix formula, all went well then after a week i tried installing led strip and installing drives, then i restarted the system after installing the gpu drives then the lights on the motherboard isnt working but my rgb rams and led strip is on and i can access the bios easily but i cant boot to the os

Gigabyte gtx 760 4gb(dont judge me gpu price is ridiculous)
Corsair cx750
Samsung evo m.2 250gb
WD 1tb blue

1. Have you checked the boot order (priority) in the BIOS with the new drives installed?
2. Have you removed the new parts to see if it will boot without them?

I randomly typed my password and the mobo rgb worked again after several tries it booted up randomly but after i installed the graphics driver, it goes to black screen after the rog logo(windows logo in other pc) the OS works but i cant go to safe mode i dont know how to blind type it
