I bought a PC from frys without RAM, it was a DEMO PC.
ASROCK B250M-HDV
I7-7700
MSI GTX1050
Hitatchi HDD(used during troubleshooting)
Samsung 500gb SSD(not in use rn, bc i thought it caused problems)
My ram is Patriot Elite Viper 2133mhz 2x8GB(PC4-17000)
-----
My BSODs are like Memory Management, and PFN list corrupt, irql less than or equal.... I have reinstalled windows...
-------
The ram I bought I realised now isnt on my MOBO's website. I dont get any blue screens when using one stick in slot a1.....
The guy at frys sold it to me based on the cpu, but now I feel kinda screwed.

I tried to test my dads ballisticx sport DDR4-2400 but we didnt clear cmos and spent a night trying to get my patriot ram to POST/BOOT again. I could try it again and then clear cmos.

Solution
Your RAM, unless faulty should not be the issue. run mdsched.exe and test. If it passes the next step would be to run chkdsk /f C: if however you get a bsod during the memtest your ram sticks are most likely faulty.
