My First Attempt at Building a Computer

I've been using a laptop as my daily computer for years now and I want to build myself a nicer desktop unit to better suit my gaming needs. I don't have a huge budget but I am probably most concerned with getting a decent CPU. I'm looking at the AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics. One question I have: do I need another separate graphics card in addition to the Vega 8 built into the processor or is it enough on its own? I'm mostly self-taught when it comes to computer knowledge, sorry if this is a dumb question! Another question I have: is one CPU fan enough or is there a difference between them? I ask because I know that my brother's CPU would sometimes get really hot when it was pushed to the limit in gaming sessions...I don't know if it ended up being a problem with the fan or not.

Solution
I recommend getting a dedicated videocard other than the intergrated because, i have read that the intergrated graphics in the ryzen processors isn't very good. If you get something like a gtx 1050ti you're golden. What cpu fan do you have?
