Will it be wise to buy an i5 8400 now due to meltdown flaw?

It's the only chip with igpu which has great productivity performance. I'm not considering i3-8100 & Ryzen 5 1600 ( this one in much higher priced than the i5 in my country & it needs a gpu).

Or, the best choice would be getting an AMD Ryzen 3 2200 G APU & later upgrade to zen 2 + a dedicated gpu. Also AMD is less affected.

Solution
Yes, Ryzen APU would be much better if you are concerned about meltdown, there will be no correction for it until at least next gen of Intel processors.
