I have asus prime b350 plus motherboard and have ordered ryzen 5 2400g.The motherboard is not updated to latest bios and I don't have any amd processor to update it. Will the motherboard support 2400g without latest bios just to update the bios?

I had the exact same situation. I just forked over $50 at the local pc store to flash the latest bios. USB won't flash it and kit from am will probably take at least a week. Good luck.

Had this problem with boards from microcenter. They wouldn't help out the customer by flashing bios without charge, when I was in there spending nearly a grand on a new machine. So I returned the favor and abused their return policy by grabbing an a6-9500 from them for $55 driving home, flashing bios, and returning the CPU later that afternoon.
