Worth buying 1070 Ti

Wanted to upgrade my PC, but the prices of GPU's lately have been skyrocketing

Best I can find for a 1070 Ti is £420
but it's a blower style card

or a evga one for around £480

Is the blower one worth getting, or should I pay extra for the 2 fan evga one?
or should I just wait?

I like blower coolers for graphics cards.
They get hot air directly out the back of the case.
Fan type coolers are more effective in cooling a graphics card, but then you depend on good case cooling to get the heat out of the case.

The performance of a card is mostly determined by how well it is binned and how high the factory overclock is.
I like evga as a brand and have been very satisfied with their blower cooler cards.
Vendors know that fancy coolers sell so that is what they make.
Considering the scarcity of graphics cards, I would save my money and buy the cheaper GTX1070ti
if the performance level serves your needs.
