Does fiber internet reduce the amount of lag spikes I will experience in game?

Right now, I am using a 15Mbp/s ( I dont know if i am using dsl or adsl but my up and down is not equal)

Games need very little bandwidth. Your problem is likely because you use wireless so the problem occurs before you even get to your internet connection.
