Which should i upgrade first?

I only have 120$ if i convert it to my currency. I cant upgrade all of them in the same time.

System specs:
Core i3 4170
Asrock b85m pro 3
Kingston hyperx blue 8gb
Asus gtx 950 strix
Western Digital blue 1tb
Aerocool strike x 500w 80+ bronze
Tecware f3 case with 3 fans

You have a well balanced system right now. I say save that money and wait for a mid-range GPU (GTX 1060) or the next-gen to become available.

By that time you might find used i7-4790K cheaper on eBay.

Then another 8GB of DDR3.

Or maybe upgrading the other parts (RAM and CPU) while you wait for the next-gen GPU.

Agreed. Why do I think you're from Malaysia? Idk. Ummm $120 isn't enough to upgrade your PC and have the upgrade make a significant difference.

1. 4170 to 4590 or better.

2. Upgrade Aerocool PSU to Corsair cx550W.

3. Upgrade to GTX 1060 6GB or RX 480 8GB.
