Z370 Extreme or Pro Legacy Ide or Compatibily mode on Sata controller

Does the Z370 Extreme or Pro MB's have a legacy Ide or compatibility mode option on one of the Sata controllers? In checking the online manual all I can see is ACHI or Raid. If not, do any of the Z370 MB's have this option?

An old config would most probably not work due to drivers conflict. If SATA, you'd be able to use the old HDD as data drive, but not booting from it.

Two reasons. Want to install DVD Reader/writer & also be able to plug in third HD that's now running in ide mode and boot to it occasionally.

No. Though remember when built current set up, went with ide connection. I'd like the option of at least trying to boot the third HD, but if cant configure the second SATA controller to legacy mode, will have to look elsewhere. I thought the point of having two controllers was to be able to have this flexibility. Thanks for your input.
