Okay so, I am planning on getting these parts for a fully-fledged computer during this year.
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/H6Nttg

I am going to explain why I chose all these parts, and if any of them seem questionable to you, please let me know.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Budget : Set on £700. No more.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CPU : Ryzen 3 1200

I chose this processor because of it's budget-oriented line-up. It doesn't bottleneck up any further than the 1060, and it has 4 Logical cores, which is perfect for me since I do photo editing and drawing with my Wacom Intuos Draw. I also do light video editing. Also, the 1200 overclocks pretty damm good, I will aim for 4 Ghz stable unless I get unlucky.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CPU Cooler : First off, I understand that the stock Ryzen coolers are pretty good, but I decided to go with the Cryorig C7 because of how small and aesthetically pleasing it looks. It is quiet at full load and is a fantastic cooler. ( I will get the AM4 Bracket to go along with it from their website )
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Motherboard : MSI B350 PC Mate ( AM4 Socket of course )

This motherboard pairs up with the 1200 Perfectly, it doesn't hold back in terms of overclocking, and I feel like it would be a suitable canditate for such a good processor.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Memory : Kingston Fury 8 Gb Ram

Well, any DDR4 Ram chip will do, but the Kingston Fury Ram Stick had a nice and clean black finish to it, and I figured it would look nice.
Even though 4 Gb of ram doesn't hurt gameplay much, I would still go with 8 Gb over 4 Gb because, well, more breathing room for my computer, I guess.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Storage : Seagate Firecuda 2 Tb 3.5 Inch 7200 RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive

Now, I can already feel that people are going to criticise me for choosing a SSHD ( Hybrid ) Drive over an SSD. However, I feel like this SSHD Is perfect for me since i'll be running photoshop alot, and other programs, and spending more for a faster drive ( SSD ) with less storage doesn't seem entirely logical to me whenever you can just use a SSHD and get almost the same performance out of an SSD But with more storage.

I do not want to change the storage at all.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GPU : Zotac GTX 1050 Ti Mini

This Graphics Card, it just looks good, is small and compact and it performs well. What else can you really say?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Power Supply : Be Quiet! Pure Power 10 400W 80+ Silver and Semi-Modular

This power supply outputs 400 Watts of continous power, which will be more than enough for overclocking everything, CPU, GPU and possibly the ram also.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Case : NZXT S340

It's a fabulous case, what else to say?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Monitor : AOC G2260VWQ6 21.5" 1920x1080 75hz Monitor

I chose to get a new monitor because my current 1366x768 monitor only has VGA and DVI Connectors, and I don't want to buy a converter.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And that's it for my build, if you have any questions or issues regarding the build, please reply so that I can make this build even better in terms of efficiency and so on.

Many thanks,
- Wolf

Solution
Okay so I opted out for some changes.

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/HTM9TB

1. Ram is now 2 Sticks of 4 Gb, it's crucial stock ram, nothing I can do about it, dual-channel is better after all...

2. So I opted for a 120 Gb SSD From Kingston, And instead of the Firecuda, I got a Barracuda 2 Tb 7200 RPM 3.5" Hard Drive.

Currently puts me at a veeeeeeery tight budget of £700, even if prices do fluctuate upwards, I think this build will still go around £700 and i'll buy it irregardless of the price.

I plan on putting the OS On the SSD And putting a couple games on the SSD Too, My games don't exactly "weigh" much in terms of gigabytes anyways.

Many Thanks,
- Wolf

Yeah, I was thinking of getting 2x4 Memory Sticks, although I'm not quite sure as to what dual-channel is.

I was thinking of getting 2x4 Kingston Fury but they go over £700 By about £4, Not much, I can fluctuate just a little bit, but I think that 1 Stick would still be nice.

Ah, it doesn't really affect gameplay that much, although that extra 10-30 Fps is nice,
I think i'll be sticking with 1 Stick for now.
I don't also want to play that intensive of games, only games that are good atleast for my liking,
Somewhere along the lines of :

Dishonored ( 1 & 2 )
Mark of the Ninja ( Yeah literally any pc can play that )
Battlefield 4
And other games that I probably don't remember just quite yet.

I will wait another day or two for more replies, and if there arent any replies within the next day or two, I'll choose the best answer.

Many thanks,
- Wolf

Sure, that system does look pretty good, but I don't think a 6 Core intel processor would be necessary for my needs, and the games which I intend to play arent Triple A Titles that everyone else is currently playing,
However, my video editing could take advantage of those cores to shorten down rendering time, but I am not very heavily into video so I can stick with longer times, and I definitely would not trust a stock intel cooler with that monsterous CPU.

Unless you can find me a better solution with a cooler, I don't think I would be very safe with the thought of that CPU without a good cooler.

XD

video editing the difference would be pretty huge yes

and in gaming as well, especially Battlefield or something like PUBG
most small games/indie games only use a couple of cores so the intel IPC really helps

also the i5 8400 is indeed a moster, but it is not a "k" series chip the stock intel cooler is good enough especially with a good pc case like the s340

you have nothing to fear on that front

the difference performance and upgradeability wise is like the difference between a Renault Le Car and a BMW i8
