How much is my PC worth if i were to sell it right now?

For your use cases i would recommend that rather than selling your pc and macbook, keep both and run windows on the macbook.
This is because the 2012 macbook pro is capable of handling things like coding, and while it probably can't do that well in gaming, you have to ask yourself how often you're going to run hard to run games outside of your home, where you couldn't use your still very capable desktop.It's more likely that almost all of the time you'd game, even on a laptop capable of running modern triple A titles, you'd do it at home.
