I need a motherboard under 150$ that has the 1151-2 socket and supports more than one cpu fan. I want a good cooled system and there for I'm gonna buy the Noctua NH-D15 wich uses two fans.

You connect the two fans on the Noctua NH-D15 to that Y cable which connects to one CPU fan header. "The NA-YC1 Y-Cables make it possible to run two 4-pin PWM fans on a single fan header"
