Gaming at 4K is going to require a pretty impressive system, GPU alone your looking at a minimal GTX 1070 ti or 1080 that can run you about $800. If you scale it back to 1080P then that would be a bit more realistic for a budget system.

Well then Hellfire13's suggestion is good. You can lower if needed by changing the SSD to a HDD.
