I had a raid-0 setup on my dell XPS 700. The computer was for gaming, but I ended up saving some family vacation pictures on the raid-0 drives, like and idiot. My intention was to get them removed in the next few days but, days turned into weeks, then turned into months, etc. Anyway the Mobo took a dump but drives are intact and undamaged. I removed the drives and I am now trying to figure out how to retrieve the vacation pictures. The dell was running Vista. My new computer is running WIn 10. Is there a free or reasonably priced software or hardware that will allow to to save my pictures? The drives are WD 7200 RPM with a 1TB capacity each.

Unless you can reconstruct the whole system....drives + motherboard + whatever software RAID controller...almost certainly not.
You can't retrieve from the individual drives.
