I know this question has already been asked but I want to try make it work.

CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5Ghz

RAM: 8gb 2133mhz DDR4 (Dual channel 4gb)

Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VD

PSU: Corsair VS350 (350w PSU with 1 PCIe 6/8 pin connector)

GPU: Gainward Phantom GTX 960 2GB

Would undervolting solve this issue or can I run it stock?

Solution
It will probably work. But that is not a very good quality power supply for use with any gaming card, and you are toeing the line closer than is advisable. If you DO do this, because you already have the power supply, you would be very smart to replace it with a 450w unit of better quality than that unit is, very soon. If you do NOT already have that unit, don't make this mistake.

Wait a week or two if that's what you need to do and get a 450w model from the same series, if that is the best you can do, or a better model, if you value the rest of the investment you are making. VS series units are not good and it is highly likely that you will waste you investment because it is not highly probable that it will hold up under the demand...
it's a like, 250 watt system at best so it'll work, but it doesn't mean it's a good idea.
I.e. like a power spike could easily take out the rest of the system with a PSU like that.

That CPU is probably gonna hold back the GPU a bit, and well, any new modern game isn't gonna be super happy with it.

No, undervolting it is not an acceptable work around. You will either make the card unstable or you will end up reducing the card's capabilities, which is definitely not what you want to do.

It would not be recommended. Find a way to get the right hardware or you'll be kicking yourself later on. Do it once, do it right. Don't convince yourself that you have to do it this way because, reasons, there are always alternative options even when they are ones we don't want to hear.

If you have to use it as is temporarily, and I DO mean temporarily, then like I said, it might work. Better would be to simply wait on buying the power supply and save more money so that you can get a better one.

In most regions there is only about a five to ten dollar difference between the VS350 and VS450. Should take long to make up the difference. Work an extra job. Mow a lawn. Wash a car. Beg on a street corner. Ok, maybe not that one, but you get the idea.
