I just bought a new core i7 8700k and a new game storm captain 240 ex liquid AIO and at idle the CPU sits around 89 to 9d8 degrees Fahrenheit (31 to 36 Celsius) and when under load it is at about 110 to 130 degrees (43 to 50 Celsius) so, I was just wondering if this is normal or is something wrong??

Depends on Ambient room temperature jackson. 
Ideal temps are 10-15C above ambient at idle and 60-65C under load.
