I have a good gaming monitor but when I try to run games, i have to run extremely low graphics and resolution(which my monitor can handle 2580x1080(or something i cant remember exactly)), is this due to my graphics card? (NVIDIA GeForce GT 610) I was thinking about upgrading to a NVIDIA 910 4GB (Btw I don’t know a lot about PC’s, im just starting to learn so I might not know some of the lingo used)

I don't know what a gtx 910 is? maybe you miss spelled, What i could think of is upgrading to a 950 if that would be your budget range of upto $170, the graphics card you have isn't powerful enough to support your monitor FYI its a 2560 x 1080, I have one too, it's an ultrawide running on a aspect ratio of 21:9 which is higher than most people's monitors as they have 1920 x 1080, I will provide a benchmark link to compare the gtx 950 and the gt 610, The gtx 950 would improve your gaming experience substantially !
