Can I run WAR THUNDER below minimum req

Hello fellas...

I have pretty low end PC,

AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 4800+ 2.50 GHz
nVidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 integrated GPU
4GB of RAM memory
Win 7 32 bit,

so I wonder is possible to play War thunder on this potato or any similar games, even WoT Blitz frame drops bad and currently I cant get new GPU, I already play CS 1.6 with no fps issues, tried to play S.K.I.L.L but it frame drops a little but since it is fps shooter you need stabile fps...
So, is there any shooters that are free or even vehicular combat games that have decent gameplay for low end?

I perfer multiplayer...but, if you know some good games based on vehicular combat (since I love it I perfer it) feel free to suggest, fps are also welcome...

Please don't suggest buying new stuff or telling me how outdated I am because I realize that, just want some game suggestions that's all (sorry if I sound salty but from forum to forum always same, U R OUTDATED)

In reality, the engine behind CS is pretty outdated. Ever day you have a new update for WoT or the WarGaming franchise and they demand more from the system as updates continue. Sadly for you, you're going to need a new system. In fact with the GPU fiasco, you're looking at a 600!700USD system as an entry level gaming system for today's titles.

Well another solution that may not be 600-700 dollars.

Sometimes you can land a refurbished system with an i3 or an i5 and windows 10 for around 200 give or take. If that is the case, you could possibly pop in a GTX 1050 or 1050ti and have a cheap gaming box that would probably let you play 720 or 1080p.
