My internet was slow, so I turned off my router and turned it back on, but now when I'm playing R6S my ping spikes up to ~100 and I get terrible rubberbanding. When spectating, the player would freeze for a few seconds, then return to normal until the next ping spike. Also, I'm using an Ethernet cable.
