Need advice for new graphic card

Hello experts. My graphic card just died yesterday. I was using EVGA Gtx 460 ftw. Used it for 6 years almost. My PC is Dell XPS 420.
8 GB DDR2 Ram
XFX TS power supply (probably 600 watt)
Quad core processor.

My question is which is recommended graphic card that I can use. My budget is £150 so just looking for a better one within my budget.

1. can you look on the label and indicate the service tag # please of your system
2. open case, and identify make and model of your PSU (important to choose video card)
3. sounds like an 775 motherboard, so your video card choices are limited because of it using legacy Bios not Uefi Bios.
so far guessing a GTX 1050 ti, GTX 660, GTX 750ti in order or preference
4. please confirm this a full desktop version and not a low profile case
