It's a 3.5" and I bought it from an online shop.

This could be the indexing of the disk.

Yes, the behaviour of your disk is not really ok, but it does not necessarily indicate a problem.

Did it have that behaviour right from the start?
How long (approximately) do you own that device?

Yes, I always had this problem. The HDD is 9 months old.

Maybe, I will try but I have to mention that I have pirates windows with kmspico but I uninstalled kmspico...

Scanning my PC didn't repair my HDD buy MalwareByte finded RiskWare.BitCoinMiner!!! WTF??? I deleted that right away... how did I get that? DID they used my PC to mine Bitcoin?
