HDD weird sound and high usage

I have an WD BLUE 1 tb almost new(still in warranty), but every time I boot up my PC(Windows 10) it is 100% used. After 1 min is coming back to low usage. When it is high used it makes a scratching sound. Is it normal? What should I do?

Well, is it a 2.5" or a 3.5" drive?
If it is as lod as in the video, well, well, ... did you buy it in a shop close to you, or via some online-shop?

This could be the indexing of the disk.

Yes, the behaviour of your disk is not really ok, but it does not necessarily indicate a problem.

Did it have that behaviour right from the start?
How long (approximately) do you own that device?

Then try to scan your PC with MalwareBytes to see if there's any malware that causing the high usage and also scan your PC with your anti virus because viruses also can cause problems like that.

There's no reason that KMSPico would do it as I have activated most of my PC's and other friends PC's and there wasn't a problem at all.

Scanning my PC didn't repair my HDD buy MalwareByte finded RiskWare.BitCoinMiner!!! WTF??? I deleted that right away... how did I get that? DID they used my PC to mine Bitcoin?

There some sites and programs that do this so basically yes, there was something that used your PC to mine cryptocurrency.
