I have an hp omen laptop, 1050ti and other goodbye stuff. Plays fine every game I tried, after every 6/10 mins does a 3 secon stutter dropping frames from 80 to 12 then back to 80 after 3 seconds. This only happens while I play on battery power. Might seem like nothing but (low chances) happened that I got the stutter while confronting an enemy and had no chance. Help would be apreciated. Ask for details if needed

It's common if playing modern high resource impact games on battery power. Laptops often run in power saving mode when on battery, and if they didn't, the battery would drain fast, especially with high resource use games.

So the answer is to run your games on the adapter, with power saving mode turned off.
