Hello,
I am trying to figure out if it would be better to buy or build. I am fairly new to the pc world, and was wondering which system would game better. The pc build can be found at this link https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9dGp9J. The other PC that I am interested in would be found at this link https://www.amazon.com/CYBERPOWERPC-Master-GMA2200A-Desktop-7200RPM/dp/B06ZYX8DQ3. I do not know a lot about computers, so please help me decide which one would game better at the best possible graphics.

Current gen. Intel chips definitely game better over Ryzen. But that Ryzen build is pretty tempting at that price. You should either get that or build this...

From what I know, the i5 performs a little bit better than the Ryzen, but the rx 580 is definitely better than the 1050 ti. Considering your focus on graphics, I’d say buy the cyber power Pc one. You do have the ability to upgrade any parts you want yourself. Oh, and the case in the pcpartpicker list is not the best.

I have left a little headroom on your budget. You can go 8600k if you want, but the 8400 is a pretty capable chip in itself... https://www.pcgamer.com/intel-i5-8400-review-the-best-new-gaming-cpu-in-years/
