so I just bought 1600x, now going to buy mobo and ram
Will be this setup enough for gaming and oc ?

Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 Kit 3200 C16 (2x4GB) schwarz
CMK8GX4M2B3200C16
and
ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING

will this mobo run this ram because its not listed in QVL?
Will be ram stable at 3200 and not downgrade to 2933 or 2666?

Nobody will know that for sure, but it will probably work, given that they should be single rank modules, and only two of them. However, the best chance to get 3200+ RAM overclock with Ryzen is getting Samsung B-die modules (i.e G.Skill FlareX 3200 CL14... in fact anything running at 3200 CL14 should be B-die). Don't think they are being built in 2x4 GB capacity, though... In your case, if that's the capacity and modules you want, I would try it. If you have to lower to 2933, it's not a big deal. It's true that increasing RAM speed increases Ryzen performance, but these gains seem to be much worthier below 2933 that above.

First. thats a pretty good board, specially for overclocking.
Now, Ryzen is very picky about RAM and hitting 3200 is a hit and miss for most people even after all the patches. Some have achieved it, some didnt. Wont make a world of difference in real time performance, specially for gaming. Most games are insensitive to RAM speed differences as long as you rock sufficient sticks.
Now, QVL shows only those sticks which have been tested with the board. If its not on QVL doesnt mean it wont work, its just not tested.
